Have you always wanted to try yoga, but didn't know where to start?
Start here! This Six Week Series for anyone that has never done yoga before,
or is just beginning to do yoga. We will start slow and gentle, and
build on postures-learning alignment and modifications for
your own body. Come see what your body can do!
In each one hour class
we will work on breathing techniques, strengthening, stretching, and
thinking of the body - mind connection in a new way. There will always be
time for personal attention and questions about the practice. You may
just come away feeling more open, stronger, and relaxed.

Fee is $68 per six week session - this includes your own new yoga mat (available at the first session). If you already have a mat, the cost is $48. Space is limited, pre-registration is necessary. Please email questions to info@yogavermont.com.
