Six Week Core Session
Fall Session: September 24-October 29
Thursdays 5:30-7:15pm
A strong core requires not only physical strength but also self awareness and a sense of center. Focused on alignment and building core strength, this six week session will deepen your understanding of the physical and energetic bodies.
This is a workshop style class designed to tap into your inner intelligence, with which you can facilitate your individual healing process. Recommended for those with at least a year of consistent yoga practice. You will be asked to participate in partner assists, demonstrations and dialogue. Instructed by Emily Garrett .
This workshop will be held in the Chace Mill and is limited to 17 students. To preserve continuity and keep the small class format, this will be a closed session. (no drop ins) Pre-payment and pre-registration is required.
