As part of our special holiday schedule, Arlene Griffin will be returning to Yoga Vermont to offer an I'll Yoga For You class to support The Himalayan Institute's Global Humanitarian Project, Sacred Link. Class will be held on Wednesday, December 27 from 12-1:30pm (This will be in lieu of Sofi's regular Jivamukti Noon Class - Sofi will be teaching the Lunch Break Class at the Downtown Studio) All proceeds from the class will be donated to Sacred Link whose humanitarian and educational Projects include; sustainable farming in India and Africa, bio-fuel development in rural agricultural enviornments, adopting village schools, preserving indigenous arts, adopting a traditional sanskrit college, adopting victimized children and financial support to hospitals, colleges and libraries. No pre-registration necessary for this special holiday class, regular class rates ($13 or swipe card) apply, class is appropriate for all levels. See you there!
