Visiting Yoga Vermont is a perfect way to immerse yourself in a lively yoga community and rejuvenate your practice or studies. Workshops at the studio tend to fill quickly. Please read the following information carefully before submitting your deposit or registration.
HOW TO REGISTER

Email: Drop us a line at info@yogavermont.com. Let us know which workshop you are interested in attending, your full name, mailing address and phone number and we'll send a workshop registration packet along to you.
Online: Select the workshop you are interested in and use our secure online store to register and pay for your workshop. Please note, if registering over the web, there is no "shipping charge" for workshop deposits.
CERTIFICATION
Upon request, Yoga Vermont will provide students who attend workshops with Certificates of Participation documenting workshop hours. Yoga Vermont is registered with the Yoga Alliance.
PAYMENT
Fees are listed along with the workshop descriptions. Workshops fill on a first come, first served basis. In order to preserve the continuity of the courses, partial registrations or splitting of sessions is not permitted. All courses require full payment with registration. Within two weeks of receipt of your payment, you will receive a confirmation letter acknowledging receipt of payment and your secure space in the workshop. Sorry, we are unable to offer work exchange or discounted tuitions for our programs.
CLASSES AT THE STUDIO
All workshop participants are encouraged to attend our regular ongoing classes at the studio during their visit. We have a full schedule of more than 40 classes per week. Classes are $14/walk in, or you may purchase a 10 class card for $110 (cards may be shared with a friend and have no expiration date.)
CANCELLATION POLICY
All workshop tuitions include a $25 non-refundable registration fee.
Cancellations 30 or more days prior to start of a workshop will receive a full refund (less the $25 non-refundable registration fee.)
Cancellations within 29-14 days of the start of the workshop - refund or studio credit is available (less a $45 processing fee).
For cancellations less than 14 days before the workshop, if you do not show up, or if you leave an event early for any reason, no credit or refund is available.
Yoga Vermont reserves the right to cancel any program at any time if this is necessary, we will issue a full refund.
ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN
Please arrive ½ hour before the workshop is scheduled to begin so that we can complete registration and begin the session on time. Please note: if you arrive prior to this time, we may be out running around preparing for the workshop.
