A mother, musician, and teacher, Laura is certified as a Next
Generation Yoga instructor for children two to seven years of age.
Next Generation Yoga was the first kids-only yoga studio, founded in
New York City, and Laura studied with founder Jodi Komitor in 2005.
Laura practices a variety of yoga styles, and is most drawn to Anusara
and Vinyasa, and has experience in prenatal and postnatal yoga. Along
with being a trained Music Together teacher and center director, Laura
is a member of the Early Childhood Music and Movement Association, has
performed with the Vermont Mozart Festival, presents at early
childhood educator's conferences, and has been a program presenter of
music and movement at ECHO at the Leahy Center for Lake Champlain.
Laura is the Director of Green Mountain Music Together.
We are excited to have Laura teaching the Toddlers and Kids Yoga Classes at the Chace Mill beginning Summer 07.
