Saturday Sessions delve into the individual limbs of the eight limbed path of Ashtanga Yoga; Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Dharana, Dhyana and Samadhi. These sessions promote direct, realized experience of the philosophical application of Ashtanga Yoga. Practice and journaling will connect the topics.
