Saturday Sessions delve into the individual limbs of the eight limbed path of Ashtanga Yoga; Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Dharana, Dhyana and Samadhi. These sessions promote direct, realized experience of the philosophical application of Ashtanga Yoga. Practice and journaling will connect the topics. Starting in November, Saturday sessions will run 10-4pm.
