Seven Day Intensive Schedule
10:00am-2:30pm Day Session
5:30-7:30pm Evening Session
Day sessions are spent in the studio and include daily asana practice, philosophy, pranayama, mantra and teaching methodology and practicum. Students are given daily assignments, then break. Students reconvene at the studio in the evening where they assist, observe or participate in daily classes. This concentrated time together is where our instructing blooms fully and our exploration of
philosophical topics become gifts to our students.
