Six Week Sessions
At Yoga Vermont, we find students appreciate the flexibility of ongoing classes, yet many inquire about options to "begin at the beginning." We developed Six Week Sessions to meet this need and provide a special forum for learning. A consistent, committed group of students, individual attention, and progression through a focused curriculum, make this forum popular with students and instructors alike.
Sessions are typically an hour long. Pre-registration is required. Students will find it helpful to refrain from eating a full meal before class, bring along water, a small towel for sweat, and your own yoga mat (or borrow one from a friend!)
