Kids Session March 13 - April 17 Tuesdays 4-5pm (postponed)
The roots of Kung Fu go back to an Indian yogi named Bodhidharma who crossed the Himalayas and brought yoga practice to the monks of the Shaolin temple, where the yoga was combined with meditation and fighting skills. The class will integrate traditional yoga stretching with kung fu balance and strength practice and practicial application.
Stacy Jolles has 26 years of experience practicing traditional Ch'uan Fa Kung Fu and holds a 3rd degree black belt. She is also an Ashtanga practitioner.
Fee is $68 per six week session - this includes your own new yoga mat (available at the first session). If you already have a mat, the cost is $48.
Update 3.12.07: We did not have enough preregistrations to run these sessions. They will be offered again in the fall.
