Update, September 2007 - Due to scheduling conflicts, we will not be offering Kids Six Week Sessions on the Fall 2007 Schedule. We are sorry for any inconvenience - and we hope to offer them again in the future.
Our passion for yoga on and off the mat, health, happiness and peace translates naturally into our Children's program. Basic yogic prinicpals of compassion, conscious speech, prana, focus, balance and meditation are woven into postures, games and quiet time.
The following Toddler and 3-5 year old classes are 45 minutes long and offered in a six week format. We require pre-registration and a minimum of four registrants to run the session. Fee is $48/six week session. Presence of a parent or care-giver is required. Please email questions to info@yogavermont.com.
